Fluorescent Adolescent

Hey I'm Shelly Horn. I am a make up artist. I started taking make up classes when i was 15. I am 20 years old now and still taking classes to improve my skills.
I have taught make up classes for young women activties to show them that a little make up can go along way!
I have done make up for school plays at Jr. Highs, High Schools and for Utah Valley Univistery.
I have also done make up for school dances, weddings and photo shoots.
Another thing I have done that is unique is that I did my grandma's make up when she passed away. It was a very special thing for me to do. It was my way of saying goodbye and thank you for everything she has done for me. I will never forget that wonderful experience.
